I have found that this product really helps me to keep moving. I took Glucosamine tablets for a long time, but found that they suppressed insulin production (as has been found in animal studies) and so turned to this product. It has been very helpful!

NOW Foods Joint Support Powder, 11 Ounces reliably reduces my hip pain. And almost as important Amazon's price is the lowest I've found.
I honestly don't remember why I started ordering this product and can tell you you won't have immediate relief - you have to take this faithfully for it to work. I rarely miss a day now. If I could swallow pills I'd buy this in pill form as I believe that is more economical than powder form but the powder works well for me. I shake it up with my Organic Life Vitamins 30 fl oz Liquid (the best price I've found)and Peter Gillham's Natural Vitality Organic Life Minerals 16 Fl Oz(you can find this elsewhere for less) and take it every morning. I go through about one 11 oz canister a month. I have osteoarthritis and this has made it possible for me to move pain free longer times and distances and therefore move more.
4-6-12 today AMazon put this on Subscribe and Save for the very lowest price you'll find. I am grateful to Amazon for the Subscribe and Save option. I use this for myCoromega Omega3 Squeeze Packets, Orange, 120-Count and for my Enzymatic Therapy Acidophilus Pearls (90 Capsules)
