Pros:
Work well
Dissolve fast in your mouth
Good flavor

Hard to break in half
Sorbitol & Xylitol

These tabs aren't bad, but if I was going to stick with the solaray brand, I'd go for the capsules instead. They just have a strange mouth feel due to the use of sorbitol and xylitol instead of cane sugar. For chewable l-theanine tabs, I prefer the naturalFactors brand.
