It really worksMay 21, 2010

I am lactose intolerant. I live at a Retirement Community and can't always tell whether a dish is prepared with milk products. However, if in doubt, I will take a Lacto and avoid any problems. Also, once in a great while I will succumb to temptation and choose something with cheese. Again, Lacto comes to the rescue and I have no problems. I wouldn't be without it.

My husband suffers from lactose intolerance and this was recommend through a health store. He has tried just about everything in the drug store and would still suffer when having dairy. We found Lacto and it has truely been a blessing for him because he loves cheese ! So far we have had the best results with this product. Highly recommend !!!!

I have two children that are lacto intolerant. I cannot be without this product. I tried the lact-aid pills sold at our local grocer and they did not prevent the children's symptoms. This product works and allows my children to have a more balanced diet, including cheese and an occasional icecream treat. I am very pleased with Enzymetica products and use their 'Digest' line also.
