I have used Ladies Choice for about 4 years now, and love it. I refuse to be on hormones, due to the health risks (and the fact it is made from female horse urine!). I recommend this to anyone who has the typical menopause symtpoms...hot flashes and mood swings. I even told my Doctor about it and she recommends it now as an alternative to hormones to her patients.
Give it a try, you will only be out a few bucks, it is so worth a try. It recommends you take two a day...I only take one.

By S. Martinez I received the product promptly; however, as the bottles did not come to me in the individual box (just the bottles together in the mailing box); some of the capsules inside the bottles were broken.

By nanalyn Im not sure if this has really helped much. I still get hot flashes. Maybe not as intense. I usually take 1-2 daily.

I would catergorize the severity of my flashes as "life-altering" - I averaged about 20-30 a day - sleeping thru the night was impossible! My "younger" female co-workers even coined the phrase "hulking-out" as I would turn bright red because of my flashes. I had tried several supplements and NOTHING worked - I then read some of the reviews for this product and thought "What did I have to lose?" besides $18. I have to say I would gladly pay three times the amount as this product WORKS!!! If you are reading this, you are suffering needlessly - try this - you will not regret it!!

By Jean Kazimir Have tried several other products which worked at first but after about a month stopped relieving hot flashes. Have found the Natural Balance Ladies Choice menopause support to be the best in relieving them and continuing to work!
