By Mary A. Earhart My daughter uses this (Lithate) to control her moods. She is not on any other medication after trying several the county mental health docs prescribed and stopping those because of side effects. For dosing, 5mg Lithate is equal to 50mg prescription Lithium. You do not need to monitor blood levels and up to 20mg a day is safe, but build up to avoid nausea. With regular sleep, omega 3s, no caffeine and other healthy lifestyle choices this product is a useful tool in balancing brain chemistry.

My fathers Alzheimer cured?!?Dec 25, 2008
By Karl 10mg per day (two pills) completely reversed my fathers Alzheimer - over night, just like magic... After three days on Lithium the doctors were stunned and wanted to know what had happened. My mother and father are now celebrating their merriest christmas in many years (as do I)! All symptoms of any dementia are gone. The best Christmas present ever :-)

By Motias Comet Before I started taking this, I was real forgetful and I have only been taking this for a few weeks and already I can see a change. I would recommend it to anyone who is having trouble remembering and, also, it helps the nervous system and Amazon is a great place to order this product.

By Me i bought a bottle a few months ago and tried it out as i was having short term memory lost and a foggy mind so looked up memory lost type searches on google and found these pill on amazon so they was cheap so what the heck gave them a try, i could tell it was doing somthing on day one and i took 2 a day and it worked for me and cleard up my head. i have ran out of them about a month ago and its comming back so im for sure going to get some more of this stuff.
