This is mis-leading advertising at it's best. The advertisement says it is 400mg per dose and 120 capulues. This leads you to believe you are getting 120 doses. Not so. To get the 400mg dose you have to take not one pill, not two pills, not three pills but FOUR LARGE pills! I have never seen a product that you have to take FOUR pills to obtain the advertised dosage. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you like taking pills.

If regular magnesium bothers your stomach this is the mag for you! It breaks down in a different way so is great for those with sensitive stomachs.

I like this Solaray product as it doesn't have any fillers or additives and is also in capsule form. I believe capsules are more easily absorbed into your system than tablets are. This form of magnesium is very gentle on your stomach and I've been taking this for several months without issue in this regard. Other forms of magnesium such as citrate, are also as highly absorbable as the glycinate form, however, they can upset your stomach. I believe glycinate is one of the gentlest forms of magnesium but is also one of the most bio-available, highly absorbable.

I just added this to the other vitamins and supplements I take because in Tosca Reno's "Your Best Body Now", she strongly advocated this. Since I didn't have it in my current regimen, I added it but I've only been taking a week.
