THIS WAS RECOMENDED BY AN ELDERLY GENTLEMAN IN A RUNNERS MAGAZINE. WHEN I HAVE THE MEANS TO RUN IT COMPLETELY RELIEVES SHIN SPLINTS, TENSION FROM CALF MUSCLES, AND TENSION MIGRAIN HEAD ACHES. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO LIVE WITHOUT IT! :)

I bought this to supplement my electrolyte intake for long distance running. I would often get not only dehydrated in hot weather, but also lose electrolytes - not good. This seems to do the trick!
