...or night sweats, this helps! It doesn't get rid of all of them, but it is by far the most effective product I've used. (Do some research on vitamins C and E - those help, as well.)

I have tried several herbal remedies for hot flashes, and this one works the best. Take it as recommended (2 caps in the morning, 2 at night). You won't get 100% relief but it works better than just plain Black Cohosh, and some other combinations. Try it!

Stopped hot flashes & night sweats entirely for meMar 13, 2012

After about 6 weeks of hot flashes & night sweats, I tried this product on the recommendation of a local health food store owner. I went from 5 or 6 incidents per day to 0. Since the doses seemed so much higher than other products on the shelf, I take only one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, which is enough to do the trick for me (130 pounds). Hopefully the effects will continue long-term!
