Great results so far!Mar 04, 2010
By Holly Have done alot of research and read good things about this product while looking for something natural to replace my 3rd grade son's prescription adhd med-Focalin which worked ok but very $$$. Took about 1-2 weeks to see but have been very happy w/ results so far. Helped improve cognitive function and overall mood. Twice in the last week he has actually said to me, "you know, Mom, I kind of like doing homework now!" He seems more patient now and is also enjoying going on the computer now by himself which he didn't before. He's been on it about 1 month now.

By unarmbears I use MindCare daily. I had been suffering from some menopause related memory problems and "foghead." I tried the StressCare formula due to all the other menopausal symptoms but found it a little too "energetic" for me.
I followed the Ayurvedic method of taking two capsules every day for 7 days and then stopped for a week and then back to one capsule a day. It makes a big difference in my mental clarity and quick problem solving skills necessary for the work I do.

I've been taking this stuff for about 3 weeks now. When I noticed is increase in ENERGY. In fact, If I take this stuff in the evening, I end up staying up half the night. Definitely makes you more ALERT, kinda like caffeine does only without the nervous hyperactive feeling that you get from too much coffee or tea or energy drinks or whatever. mindcare actually makes me less fidgetty.
As far as MOOD goes, I noticed that mindcare seems to make me more in touch with all my EMOTIONS. I suffer from depression so usually I feel an emotional numbness and an emotional "gravity" that's always trying to pull me down. When I'm on this mindcare stuff I feel like my mood has finally reached stasis. I FEEL MORE BALANCED.
DOWNSIDE is that it also increases feelings such as BORDOM and NERVOUSNESS if you're bored or if you're nervous about something. This stuff does make it a little easier to get up and do life, though, and every little bit counts.
I would recommend starting with 1 cap in the morning and 1 in the early afternoon. Taking 2 caps HAS A STRONG EFFECT on me and I weigh 215lbs. Just something to think about if you weigh like 100lbs or something.
5 stars, not because it's a magic miracle remedy, because it does what it says it does and I am thankful for this product.

By Al I've been taking this supplement for the past 45 days and I am starting to see the benefits. All I can say is try it for at least 60 days.
