Wonderful way to get trace mineralsJan 28, 2012

I've been taking this for less than six months and I noticed the other day that my hair was not falling out in the shower. Nothing else changed in my diet or supplements so I think it may be these trace minerals. I add it to my blueberry herbal tea for a recharge in the middle of the day at work. Love the flavor.

My son suggested I try taking this mineral supplement 6months ago. I have more energy, sleeping better, clearer thinking, happier, and I swear, less gray hairs. If I miss a daily dose, I know something is not right.
