I've dealt with mild depression and anxiety for my whole life, and I was on two prescriptions for it, just to make it manageable. I started taking mood fix along with my meds, and soon reduced it to one prescription. I'd much rather take this, since it is natural. It has really helped me, and it is fast acting too! If you are feeling worse, take it twice a day, otherwise once a day gives a nice boost.

I'm a friend and advocate for a person who suffers chronic pain and is prescribed some of the typical (scary) narcotics to make the pain manageable enough to have a tolerable quality of life. For every benefit, there seems to be the down side. I've observed as this person has undergone personality changes (abrupt mood swings) that are at times really frightening. A low dose antidepressant was added which helped him sleep. It was potentially hoped this would also help with his mood swings, but seemed to increase his irritability, so it was stopped. There were no better answers that could be given without putting his life at risk.
One day he discovered a bottle of Mood Fix sitting on a shelf of donated items at a local church. I was a bit skeptical, but did not express this to him. I carefully checked to ensure that there would be no dangerous interaction. Poly-pharmacy is tricky stuff. Mood Fix was and is one of the safest "supplements" I've ever seen. Go ahead and try it!, I tell him, mustering as much enthusiasm as I could pretend to feel.
Nearly two months later, I'm here to sing the praises, as others have: Mood Fix really does work! I didn't think anything that appeared so gentle and non-toxic could stand a chance of getting through my buddy's cocktail of pain killers and muscle relaxers. I'm about to purchase Mood Fix online on his behalf. Taking just one tablet a day calms his anxiety and alleviates much of the depression that is induced by both chronic pain and the narcotics that ease (although nothing entirely eliminates) the pain.
I'm not about to question how or why it is so effective or what it is about Mood Fix that can turn this person from an argumentative grouch to an optimistic, upbeat fellow in the span of about one hour. All I know is that it works, it does so safely and in such circumstances as I've described, that is simply extraordinary.

I bought Moodfix at my local health food store. I use this when my 4 yearold stresses me out lol. It works to calm me down (espcially during his temper tantrums) It also helps when i feel agitated during everyday stresses. I notice a difference within 20 minutes of taking it. hopefully it will do the same for others as well.
