By MK This herbal muscle relaxer has really helped me. I've suffered with back pain for many years and I really like this product. It works much better than the Rx's I've had and it's all natural. The directions say to take 4 capsules,but I've only needed 1-2 capsules before bed time. I no longer have pain in the middle of the night and can finally get a good night's sleep. I don't wake up with pain or stiffness like I usually do and this product doesn't cause me to feel groggy the next morning. I've even been able to do extensive yard work and feel pretty good the next day!

By Dorsey I didn't find this to work as well as hoped. I still needed Ibuprofen in abundance. I think it would work for "normal" problems but I needed a hip replacement so that was far from the norm. I would not say this is lacking but rather that it is for spasms that come from over use etc.

By Kim The product was suggested by a herbalist and she had great results. For me, it did not reduce enough relief. Also tried Turmeric Force and Curamin. I went back to traditional pain relievers.

By luvmydrafts I was excited when I read the other reviews on this product and couldn't wait to try this. I have a severe back injury that keeps me in quite a bit of pain creating spasms in my upper back. I took this product and did get a bit of relief. I was hoping it would relieve the spasms enough that I could go off prescription meds. It didnt help quite that much. This product may well be what you are looking for if you have cramps and spasms if they are not as severe as mine are (a 10 on a scale of 1-10).
