I've been taking this supplement for about six months. I also take AHCC for it's anti-cancer properties. This compliments the AHCC with a full spectrum of mushrooms at a price you can't beat. Recommended.

I was on some meds from doctors for a few things and I know I can exist without all the side effects and the pills they give you for those and the one for what the other pills. After taking this great product and a lot of other wonderful Chinese herbal remedies that have and are still working I can say that I prefer the herbal tinctures to medicine from drug pushing for the greedy companies Doctors...they could not even care less what happens to me from the ongoing use of their mixtures that make me sick that I have had and their lack of concern for their own people here in the USA. Very few doctors care anymore and treatment is poor.
