I'm a vegetarian and have always had dry hands. My hands would peel and crack just after a shower or working in the garage. I saw somewhere that Omega-3 was great for the skin and maybe even vegetarians\vegans need omega 3,6,9 since they might not get a lot of it from eating what they eat.

The pills are HUGE and are not easy to swallow. I take three every morning.

After about two weeks of taking the pills, I noticed HUGE improvements in my skin! I have no idea I did not stumble onto this before!
