Reasons I like it:
1) Screened for mercury and other bad stuff. 2) Great lemon taste. 3) Thin gel cap.
2) and 3) matter to me because I'm one of the few people who actually like the taste of fish oil so I bite into the capsule and release the oil. The lemon taste gives it a nice flavor and the gel cap is easy to chew. Other brands have thick capsules which don't taste good and have really oily fish oil taste. For people who just swallow it, the taste of the oil or the capsule don't really matter, but make sure you get a brand which screens for toxins because you don't want to be killing yourself with mercury while protecting your heart.

By Gram332 If you've ever burped after taking fish oil, you know that it can be pretty foul. This product is worth the higher price just for the sheer fact that you DON'T burp that nasty fishy taste. These are quite pleasant. I tried Kirkland fish oil because I was trying to cut down on cost but then the burp thing happened. Suffered the Costco sized bottle and am now back to Nordic Naturals. Muuuuuch better!

This is the cheapest price I have found. These capsules have a lemony taste if any, are not too big for me to swallow (and most stuff is too big), and all books I've recently read say these are an absolute must for good health.

By Laurence A. Stewart these caps are easy to swallow but i prefer to take them with food. if you do it that way you dont taste them at all. Even if you do get a taste its not bad the lemon over powers any fish flavor that may be there. Th eperson thjat wrote they taste fish for an hour must be sucking on them, because thats about the only way you taste anything.
