I find the Omega-3 fish oils to be an amazing balancer of my "self" which seems to become more anxious as I age and lose hormones. The only downside I've found is that many of them give you hours of fishbreath. This one is perfect in every way! Absolutely my favorite of these products, and I feel like my old self again.

Very effective product. I am in the market to look for any product without having gelatin and I found this item with Fish Gelatin which is my main concern that I bought this. I am a vegi and fish eater.
