Solgar Omnium is an altogether different and more effective form of vitamin suplementation.
I have been taking one tablet, with breakfast, but various comments I have picked up suggest that two is the ideal dose.

Since I am recovering from surgery and chemotherapy, I can say that Omnium is certainly making a difference to my energy levels.

Over here, in the UK, it is twice the price of the US.

Very good product for recovering chemo therapy !! It's much cheaper in the USA as it is in the Netherlands (Europe). A recommendation to all who wants to recover.

For all around general health, this seems about as good as you can get. I would suggest just one a day (the label says two).
