People don't know how to properly detoxJun 04, 2011
By Hector Diez de Bonilla I'm willing to bet that almost every person giving this product a 1 star due bad stomach pain is:
A)Not drinking enough water B)Probably have been living a pretty unhealthy lifestyle, hence all the bad symptoms.
Remember, the more toxins you have in your body, the worse you're going to feel as your body expels them.
I eat non-GMO produce, grass fed and hormone free meats, drink primarily water, no synthetic sweeteners (aspartame is a poison, just FYI), etc. My stomach is slightly uneasy when using this detox, but overall, nothing to complain about.
Definitely feel much better. Have a lot more energy, am able to concentrate much better, etc. A friend recommended this to me and I'm glad she did.

By SoapGirl I am on my 10th day of the cleanse and it has worked for me since day 1. When I began the cleanse I was constipated, and now I'm not. In the box they provide additional capsules to take if you feel like you aren't moving like you should. Maybe in 2007, these weren't included ...but today, constipation from this cleanse shouldn't be an issue. The first week I felt lousy ..headache, achy, tired ..all symptoms of a cleanse doing it's job. Each day now I feel better and better.

By Purpleinkwriter I used this product for the full two weeks. For the first two days I had problems with the runs and cramping, but I adjusted to dosage of the evening "eliminate" capsules from two capsules down to one and then it worked fine for me. I didn't notice a list of huge sweeping changes, but the one big change I did notice, and am grateful for, was I have much less of a problem with being gassy and bloated now after meals. That was an annoying issue for me and one of the reasons I tried this cleanse. For that reason alone, I would gladly use this product again because I did notice such a difference.

By DPeraino So I've been living a healthier lifestyle lately, and decided a body cleanse couldn't hurt. So far I'm halfway through it and it's been absolutely amazing. I don't know what the people are talking about saying it constipates you, because Ive had better bowel movements this week than I ever had, and haven't had to take any of the organic laxitives provided. I've just made sure to eat very healthy, no alcohol, or bad foods on it, and Ive been slamming ALOT of water down, which I think is really helping. So far I love this cleanse, and have lost a few pounds along with feeling great.

By Dance Hall Hips I've taken this product for four days now. I've definitely noticed some real digestive changes and changes in physical appearances as well. *I must add I've been taking an organic Colon Cleanse powder* along with this detox kit, so I cannot 100% link the changes just to the Total Body Cleanse, hence 4/5 stars.
I've already felt "lighter" so to speak, I've been able to wake up less drowsily, I can power through the day a little easier, and I feel less bloated and constipated which were almost every day occurances for me. On top of that, most foods did damage on my stomach one way or another, for no particular reason. That's gone away too...for the most part.
I've still got a week and a half to go with the kit. We'll see how it all turns out. So far I have had a lot of runs to the bathroom (though expected), the occasional cramping, bloating, and false alarms, but overall I think once I get all cleaned up inside I'll feel amazing.
