Hunger Free Forever: The New Science of Appetite Control These little packets are cool. You can take them anywhere with you - like sugar packets - but when you sprinkle them in soup, on yogurt, or even pasta, the PGX will make you feel full fast, and you'll feel full longer. I started with half a packet to see what it was like. It helped me eat less and I'm not starving at 3 in the afternoon. The best part is that I don't have to change what I eat - I just eat less because I feel full. Good product.

This past week I had the benefit of attending a lecture by Dr. Michael Murray, who was speaking on the research behind this PGX based product. He has personally used the program, and provided some excellent research on the effects of PGX, the fiber blend in this product, on blood sugar, cravings and weight loss. He has had great success in flatlining patients' blood sugar, with weight loss as a side effect.
I have been using the PGX products since hearing the lecture, and have had no side effects. It tastes truly like water, but I have the flavored meal replacements ordered as well. I definitely am snacking less, especially in the afternoons and evenings. I like this product so far, and have high hopes for weight loss with it!

By krosmon I am so happy with the PGX products from Slim Styles, and these little packets of the granules are so convenient. I keep them with me in my purse so I always have something on hand if my appetite gets out of control. There is no flavor to these, but you have to drink them fast as they coagulate to the consistency of pudding. You can put them in soups, salads, or drink them in a big glass of water, which is the way I like to take them. The consistency doesn't bother me as I am so grateful to have something that can curb my voracious appetite.

By clooper I love this stuff in yogurt.. it give it a little texture and keeps you full for hours without that "OMG I'm starving" feeling. Great stuff
