This is a supplement that was recommended for fighting anxiety by my acupuncturist. It works like a charm! When I feel anxious I chew one of these and can feel the relaxation effects within minutes. It has a pleasant aftertaste and the fact that it is natural makes me feel more comfortable using it. Amazon has a competitive price for PharmaGABA.

I love this product since it works so fast in calming me down whenever I am feeling stressed out. Also good to chew one before bed it may help you sleep, it helps me and I suffer from anxiety.Trust me the next time you feel anxious chew on one or two and take a few good deep breaths think of things you have been blessed with or people that love you and you will find yourself not needing the drugs that are prescribed too easily to numb you if you suffer from anxiety!

Probably should have reviewed my purchase completely before I continued. Their picture of the item is wrong...They have a picture of the 200mg chewable tabs, but they are selling the 100mg tablets. Nowhere on there page does it say 100mg....so if you want the 200mg chewable ones, don't buy from these guys, their picture doesn't match their product.

Natural Factors was a great company to do business with. The shipment arrived as promised and the product has been wonderful! I also use it to help me get to sleep and find that I fall asleep naturally and wake up the next day refreshed. Great Product!
