GREAT FOR PMS/MENOPAUSAL WOMENNov 03, 2009 I've been using this product for almost 10 years and it does what it says it should do. I use it 3 weeks out of the month and noticed within the 1st 2 weeks that it was working. I don't have any clue (except the calendar) of when my cycle will appear. I use to get cramps, moodiness, bloating, and on and on but since using the product I don't have those symptoms. I am protecting my body against unapposed estrogen, free radicals and a bunch of other stuff. I came to know about the product through Dr. Lee's book, What your Dr. May Not Tell You About Pre-Menopause....(that's a GREAT book) and I highly recommend it to all women to read and be informed about your body, your doctor and the carcinogens that are in our food that our body absorbs. I use it in the morning, one pump, and apply it to my inner arms, back of my knees, on my face and other thin skinned areas on the body so it absorbs quickly. Haven't noticed a differenceNov 03, 2009 I have only been using this product for a short time. I haven't really noticed any difference, especially with my non-existant libido. I've also noticed that I seem to be gaining weight, mainly in my stomach, hips and thigh area. I don't know if I'm using too much or if that is just a side effect of this cream. I'm not too happy about it. Thought I might actually lose some pounds that haven't been coming off due to hormone imbalance. Not sure if I will continue using the rest of the cream or not.

great productOct 31, 2009 I could handle the hot flashes and night sweats but I could not handle the panic attacks that I started having. After much research, I decided that I was estrogen dominant and needed progesterone cream. I could notice an immediate improvement and I have not had a single panic attack and the few hot flashes I have had were mild. I did only start out with about 1/2 pump once daily. I read somewhere if you start out with too much too soon it can cause the same symptons as not having the progesterone cream at all. After about a week, I increased to a full pump once daily. I have already ordered another bottle as I surely do not want to run out of this product. It goes on smoothly and dissolves into the skin quite well.
This has a very bad odorOct 22, 2009 This is one of the better brands available. I bought one of these online and it has a very bad smell. Not rancid, but very stinky.
I prefer the spray mist. It smells nice.
I think it helpsOct 18, 2009 I've been using it for few month now on and off. It seams that it helps to balance elevated estrogen. I have less symptoms when I use the cream.
