Tribulus the main ingredient of this Himplasia (India) ayurvedic product works on the real problem of this prostate hyperplasia (enlargement)... the hormone side... controlling the excessive male hormones (testosterone) and female hormones (estrogen) in the male leading to a reduction in size of the prostate gland.
The urgency in urination, the frequently visits to the bathroom, and the nicturia (urination at night) are controlled after just 4 days of use. I tried several dosages and names of the saw palmeto with no results... this is really effective... five stars to the product.!

This product helps with prostate symptoms. I take 2 capsules a day and my symptoms have improved greatly. I have no side effects from taking these capsules. Will continue to take.
