While I don't have a frame of reference because I have never taken any other multi vitamin, I have to say I'm completely happy and satisfied with Realfood Organics His Daily Nutrition. Not only are the vitamins small and easy to swallow (I struggle with swallowing pills), but you can take these pills on an empty stomach! As the box says "no need to take with food, it is food!" This doesn't mean I don't eat while on these vitamins, I love food and I would never skip a meal but it is really convenient to be able to take these vitamins anytime, anywhere regardless of whether or not I have a full stomach. When taking these vitamins I have really noticed a positive change in my body. I don't get that afternoon lull that usually happens while at work, I stay alert and focused throughout the day. They also help me feel better/recover more quickly when I have a hangover from a night of too much drinking so that's definitely a plus. In addition, the box that the vitamins come in is 100% biodegradable and is created in a plant powered by windpower which I think is pretty great.

I really have nothing bad to say about these vitamins other than the fact that they smell a little weird. That's to be expected I guess considering they are vegetarian/organic. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone. So much so that I even bought my mom the Her Daily Nutrition and she is loving them just as much as I am! I hope this helps you make a decision.

After years of taking the mass produced, common drug/grocery store name brand vitamins my wife convinced me to switch to something more natural. I cannot say that they have made me feel significantly different physically, but they do seem to be easier on my stomach and do not casue any reflux. Regardless of how they might really perform we like the fact they are Organic and do not contain unnecessary chemicals.
