Lowered cholesterol, no apparent side effectsOct 21, 2007

Used this as a recommendation of my doctor and found significantly lowered cholesterol and triglycerides. I have not noticed any side effects. It apparently contains a form of the statin used in many cholesterol reducing preparations, but at much lower levels and with other natural ingredients.

This product was suggested to me by a health food store owner for my high cholesterol. I had my cholesterol checked, started taking red yeast rice for 6 weeks then had it checked again. You won't believe the results!!
My cholesterol is down to 180 from 265. This is the lowest it has been in 10 years. I have refused to take prescription drugs and will not need to now!!
