First and foremost, Pure Essence should be rewarded for making a product, that has everything you can imagine, healthy whole foods, and reasonably priced. 4 individual tablets are nothing compared to the many a person would have to take separately.

9 years after a radical thoracotomy, damage, pain, and everything that goes with this sort of thing plus, taking many things I went into the store to get my supplements, and they suggested this, when they saw everything I was taking, my NP Doctor was impressed and agreed a great choice. I can feel the difference, and hope that this stays out there, instead of being dropped like somethings.

Give it a try, I am glad I did, and will not take anything else.

Good multivitamin, but it's a little pricey. Hence, I went to a different brand after one bottle. Also, I didn't "feel" much from this vitamin, unlike the multi I take now.
