Many people know of the omega 3,6, & 9 fatty acids. But what about the 7th? The ESSENTIAL Omega 7 trans fatty acid? Sea Buckthorn is the best source of this. also found in dairy products. Great price for a quality product. great for your skin and digestion.

I TAKE THIS PILL AND HAVE NOT BEEN SICK IN A LONG WHILE IS IT THE PILLS I KNOW SO BEFORE THAT I WAS GETTING SICK EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW ITS BEEN SIX CROSS MY FINGERS

when you consider that these tablets are only 300mg, a fact they leave out of the description, and the dose recommended by Dr. Oz is 1000mg twice a day, this is only a two-week supply.
