Many people know of the omega 3,6, & 9 fatty acids. But what about the 7th? The ESSENTIAL Omega 7 trans fatty acid? Sea Buckthorn is the best source of this. also found in dairy products. Great price for a quality product. great for your skin and digestion.

So far I have lost 10lbs but I am also doing weight watchers. I think it is helping with skin/ hair dryness too!

I tried it and it didn't do anything for me! I didn't feel any changes and didn't see any weight lose. So I would not recommend this at all. I watched dr oz and that is why I bought it. I ended up buying the oil instead and got better results all though they were not for loosing weight but for my hair and skin. But this product did't work at all.

I TAKE THIS PILL AND HAVE NOT BEEN SICK IN A LONG WHILE IS IT THE PILLS I KNOW SO BEFORE THAT I WAS GETTING SICK EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW ITS BEEN SIX CROSS MY FINGERS

This takes away my swollen ankles, I take between 3 and 4 capsules a day with or without a meal-it definitely helps my circulation and even Dr Oz recommends it!!!!
