I find that this product has the best combination of vitamins to meet my needs. It is very high in the B vitamins and it exceeds almost every vitamin percent in the Costco vitamin I previously used. The Costco vitamin was the Premium Performance Brand. Simply one has the minerals and ginko etc of the Costco. For some reason the Simply One is more tolerated by my stomach as well. I love this product, and highly recommend it. My husband takes the Simply One for Men. Sharie

I usually feel ill with most mutli vitamin supplements no matter how much i eat before taking. This mullti is the first that has not made me sick and really like the high level quality. A winner!

By energy56 I loved this product and was promoting it like crazy until after two months taking it I started getting a reaction in my face and extremities mostly my elbows and arms. It seems like after a five day period of taking the vitamin I need to take a break and stop taking it for a couple of days....I am very sorry because I had never had a vitamin that really worked so well in my energy level, nails, hair, mood enhancer... I thought it was the best thing ever.. I guess too good to be true!
