I am a larger woman and these are the first overnight pads I have found (disposable or cloth) that are long enough and wide enough to give me complete protection. For a thinner or smaller woman, I'd say these are too big, but for postpartum or plus-size they are great! They are very soft and come in neat little tiny boxes.

By Gluten Free GURU I've used Glad Rag products for 12 yrs (started when I was in my early 20's) and LOVE THEM. It took some getting used to but after a few months it was a simple switch. Just think of the landfills I've spared in the 12 yrs!! Also the toxic white fluff I've avoided internally - who knows what that contributes to! If that's not enough to encourage someone to switch I don't know what else to say. Do your part - reduce unnecessary landfill throw away tampons and liners. Wash and wear is simple. You do it with your underwear!! In 12 yrs I have had ZERO issues with this product.

This is a great nighttime pad!
The fabric is really soft and comfortable. I wish the extra liners were a little more secure, but they hold up just fine. I have some older regular pads, and the great texture of this fabric really surprised me. So cozy! I feel much better having something organic and breathable next to my skin.

By C. McIntyre I wasn't sure about using these pads at first, untill I tried them. Wow! They are the most comfortable pad I have ever used and they work great. Plus, think of all the used pads you will keep out of landfills.
