Menstrual Cramps almost stopped me from seeing the big game!Jul 06, 2008
By Comfortably Sisterlocked My husband won free tickets to the Braves game. The tickets were centerfield and all the food my family could eat. My cycle started two days before and I was cramping, bleeding heavy and in pain (again). I was determined to get to this game and have fun with my family. I remembered the lady at the healthfood store told me about slow flow and cramp bark. On the morning of the game, I had my husband drive me to buy both of these. I was in so much pain I took them at the store. Did I forget to mention that Advil did nothing to help me. Anyway, by 7:10pm I was sitting with my family enjoying the game. After the game was over both my husband and son asked me if I was feeling better and I smiled. I felt great. I was NOT suffering from those intense cramps, pain and bloating. Buy this stuff because it works.

By Healthy5 I can't say enough about this product!! If had only known - if only ONE of my MDs or Gyns had told me. After suffering for about 17 years with extremely heavy periods, which caused anemia, mental fog, and many more symptoms, I finally found a treatment that works without a single side effect. My naturopath told me about it, and at first I was skeptical, and a bit fearful, because even though I was a health-nut of sorts, herbs are something that I had not really gotten into because I did not know that much about them and did not want to make a mistake.
When I used to have my periods, I would be on the couch or in bed for about 2-3 days, often with the phone in my hand so that I could call an ambulance if necessary. I found out later that this hemorragic disorder runs in my family). I missed sssooo much throughout the years with my kids and husband because I simply had to bow out of all activities for 2-3 days - and sometimes 5 for recovery. What a waste.
I got immediate relief when I took my first dose - which was 3 capsules. My heavy hemorraging stopped within about 15-20 minutes!! After the dose 'wears off' - which coincides with what the bottle tells you in regards to how often to take it - the bleeding will start back up again, but then I take the next dose and VIOLA! I only have to take it for about 2 days...sometimes 3. Only during the days that the flow is really heavy. I don't have to take it in the middle of the night if I take it right before bed.
I can finally have a life again! I can finally plan things during my period again!!

By Jan I thought the product was everything it said it was and was recommended by my physician. I just didn't review the ingredients and it had too much Vitamin C and even though it was buffered I have interstitial cystitis and can not use that much at once, but it does not always affect individuals unless they are extremely sensitive.
