Very good Vitamins!Mar 08, 2011
By Mirabella I've been using these throughout my pregnancy and now while I'm still breast feeding. I spend a lot of time looking for the most natural and safe prenatal vitamins. I like that these vitamins have the least amount of additives in the ingredients, compared to other brands including prescription prenatals, that I wouldn't want in my system and my baby's system. Also, the way I chose these vitamins, is I checked them out on consumerlab.com which is a great source to check out dietary supplements (which are not regulated by anyone) since they do an objective third party check and test for how much of the claimed vitamin a pill really contains, appropriate dissolving time to deliver the vitamin, and also checks for toxic contaminants (which is a biggie). Anyhow, these vitamins passed their testing.

My wife's been taking Nature's Plus vitamins throughout and after her pregnancy. We've compared this brand against other Prenatals, and have found Source of Life to have a more generous serving of vitamins than its competitors. The price is also reasonable, when compared to purchasing vitamins at a typical 'Vitamin Shop'.
There's not really much more I can say about the vitamins, except that the ordering process was very easy and the product was delivered in an expeditious manner.

By bstormpw I took these while pregnant and am still taking them while nursing. They are bigger because the vitamins are taken from food versus created in a lab. The concept behind that is that your body will be able to absorbe the vitamins better. I generally don't like taking vitamins because they make me extra thirsy, and these do too (I think it is the diretic effect of B vitamins). But they are the best vitamins I have found for myself. I have taken the non-prenatal multivitamins too and I like those as well.

By minky i've been taking this vitamins since i got pregnant with my first child, and then while nursing him, and now i'm pregnant with the second child. i couldn't afford the organic ones but i still wanted to have something natural instead of a whole bunch of chemicals. i found this at a natural&organic grocery store, 90 tablets for about $19, sometimes $17 when it's on sale. since i took this one, every time i visited the doctor's office, the nurse said that i have very good blood with so much iron. i used to have constipation but it's been gone.
i found this 180 tablets for only $26 with free shipping, it's definately cheaper than where i used to get it from and i don't have to drive 30 minutes to the store so it saves gas too. this is my second time purchasing this product through amazon. i wonder why they don't have sub&save for this product. i'd love to subscribe this!

By CC I've taken prenatals for many years now between pregnancy, nursing and during fertility treatments, and these are by far mt favorite. I can really tell a difference in my energy levels and also my overall health.
