5Good tasting and gets nice and foamyAug 31, 2011

I mix my spirutein in a pint jar. When I shake it, I like it to get nice and foamy and creamy tasting. Peaches and cream is one of spirutein's best flavors for this.
The taste is really good. It tastes pretty much like peaches. It doesn't have any of those nasty little "flavor" chunks like blueberry for instance-that don't get soft. I like peaches and cream spirutein.

If you are looking for a protein drink that tastes like a smoothie - this is it. We all love it in this family of athletes. It will help you out with sustainability through a long match/game/training session. Or have it afterwards to stop you eating so many carbs.

I tried using one scoop and blending it in a blender. However it did not blend very well and was kind of chalky. I will try using less than one scoop the next time. Also, it has a artificial after taste. I will say that it has the right amount of protein that I need.
