This protein shake is perfect for me! It has Puffed soy crisps in it that give you a full feeling. It tastes great! I mix it with Lactaid (lactose-free milk) because I can't digest dairy. I lost 5lbs in a matter of days by just drinking the shakes as a meal replacement. And its gentle on the stomach! This is a great product!
