I originally bought this for my cat who had a low white blood cell count. After spending thousands of dollars on tests trying to determine the cause of my cat's ailments, our vet finally threw up her hands and said, "You know, why don't we try something natural like B-12?" We bought this product online and started giving a tenth of the human dose to our cat, and within a week, his white blood cell count had returned to normal. We now give it to him every other day, and it gives him a HUGE boost of energy. Eventually, I decided to use it for myself when I need a pick-me-up or just some extra energy for the gym. The results for me haven't been as dramatic as they are for my cat, but I do notice a bit of a difference. I now keep a supply handy at all times.
