This DVD doesn't look like much, but it's absolutely incredible in terms of health information. Clinical Herbalist Dean Martens talks about how he recovered from several "incurable" diseases using a raw food diet, water, and herbal remedies. I've recommended this DVD seminar to nearly everyone I know, but especially my friend with breast cancer and my aging father, who is experiencing various health problems. Anyone who is serious about "getting their health" back, as the video puts it, should check this out. It's worth every penny, because once you've got the information on how to change your lifestyle, you don't need to spend any money on special supplements or exercise systems or anything (unless you want to).
