great source of healthMar 24, 2007

I thought I was a happy 47 year old male, and happened to read S.Somers "Ageless", after that I read "Prostate Health" by A. Katz, and this one: the Life Bridge. This book is another ring in the chain of good health. It's about food, vitamins and supplements.The informations are easy to read and understand. It makes a lot of sense how whole food and/or probiotic food is one of the best source for nutrients. I did not know the word probiotic: the association of two organism to enhance the life process of both, the principle of yogurth or kefir. The informations are just great. Shame on me, for being originally from a country with big whole food probiotic traditions that I forgot about , thanks to this book I realized why my parents and grandparents lived in such long and healthy way. Now I'm a very very happy 47 year old male.
