By Fred Innamorato I have tried many vitamins but SuperNutrition has the best percentages of recommended nutrients and supplements I have been able to find in one pill. I have used this vitamin for 2 years and I am sick less frequently now than at anytime in my life. Almost never even get a cold. The combination of exercise and SuperNutrition Vitamins is helping me stay extremely healthy.

By BryanL This is by far my favorite multi vitamins. I have tried quite a few multi-V and find these to be the highest quality and a super value. I don't take the recommended amount (3 in the morning and 3 night or lunch = total 6 a day), but feel they're still working great and help. If your thinking about purchasing these I would highly recommend at least trying them out. Best of luck to you and cheers to your health.

I was turned onto these Vitamins at my local Whole Foods about 5 years ago. They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny! Recommended dose is 6 tablets per day. I usually take 3 per day after breakfast. On tough days I will take the second recommended dose of 3 pills after lunch. If you do not like taking pills these vitamins are not for you. When I forget to take them I feel the lack of energy. Give em a try!

By Eric L This is by far the best product in its category - has higher doses of microminerals in which many people are deficient, such as manganese and molybdenum. Have used it for over five years, usually take on 2 to 3 tabs per day instead of 6 as instructions recommend.
