Being a health nut, I've tried many multi-vitamin supplements, and this one has proven far superior. Proof was/is in the evidence-- lost less hair every day, slept better, memory was also better and best of all as well as most noticeable, I had more energy. And, no I don't work for them nor did they pay me to say this.

About two days after I started these vitamins, I found myself waking up on my own after 8 hours of sleep feeling rested. Normally, I wake up groggy and constantly falling back to sleep until the very last moment. I'm not feeling tired in the afternoons, either. The pills are enormous and it's quite a bit to take, but I take them with a swallow of food instead of water which helps a lot.
