In my opinion, one of the best multi-vitamins on the market for women in the 35-55 range. Packed with all kinds of vitamins and extras. Since I started them, my energy level has soared, allowing me to get back into an exercise routine. If you're serious about taking charge of your health, then give this product a shot. The worst that will happen is that you start to feel better. As with any vitamin regimen, you have to be consistent about when & how you take them. The only downfall, if any is that a daily dosage is 6 large pills (3 in the morning & 3 at night). If you don't have a problem swallowing them, then you're okay.

I am a Senior with a medical background-I have been using iron free Super Nutrition Women's Blend for some time intermittently switching this brand with others throughout the years-Whether or not it pertains to absorption, assimilation, biochemical interaction, balanced proportions of or superiority of ingredients, I don't know-This product continues to work for me and has long since found a place in my life-
