By Shaina To start, I am addicted to caffeine. I started using L-Theanine yesterday, which was my 3rd day without caffeine. If I don't drink coffee, I have no energy, I'm exhaused and irritable. I honestly wasn't expecting this supplement to really help me at all, I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. But I was pleasantly surprised! When I took my first 2 pills last night, I noticed an effect about 30 minutes after. I started to feel a bit happier. I stopped worrying and there were times when I just started smiling for no reason. It's not a "drugged" feeling at all. I felt like I had more clarity and a bit more confidence. This good feeling lasted for about 5 hours. Today I worked 10 hours at work with no caffeine. Now usually I would have been extremely irritated, no energy and the day would have seemed to drag along. I took 2 pills before work and was energetic, somewhat more confident, more talkative and had a general sense of wellbeing. I felt much more calm and relaxed, and my nerves were not going haywire.I did take a 3rd pill which helped the good feelings to last longer. I was surprised, to be honest. I definitely like this supplement a lot and it is worth a shot if you haven't already tried it. I have bought a few things from Source Naturals before so I know the brand is good. I would recommend this!

The best product to relax your brain from racing all over the place. Used on my son per doctor and I've seen miracles.Tried it on myself first and all negative thoughts that stress me out vanished. Really helped him to calm down and ease anxiety. Only negatives: it's a giant horsepill, so makes it tough to swallow, taste not bad-its basil. Wish they made capsules, cannot find anywhere.
