I have had fairly good results with the Thisilyn cleanses. I'm a bit confused on the difference between the mineral and herbal. Nature's Way customer service advised me that the mineral was slightly more potent however; on the box it lists the herbal as slightly stronger. Also when you select the herbal kit you get the mineral, when you choose the mineral you get the mineral. Not sure if it was a mix up but, for the past four orders that has been my experience.
I do the cleanse every three months and honestly believe it has dramatically improved my IBS. I will say that about day three each time I get a bout of acne that resembles something off of the Wicked Witch of the West. The capsules don't irritate my stomach (as many have reported) and I don't mind taking truck loads of supplements each day. I'm assuming that the folks that can't take pills twice/ three times a day do not regularly or actively take supplements anyways. Amazon is the cheapest place I have found this cleanse; normally it's around $25 and goes for $40 at my local health food store. It's non-invasive and relatively standard for a supplement cleanse. I would recommend this for beginners or those of you who would like to be able to leave your house while doing it. The digestive sweep isn't a turbo cleanser like some but, it does do the trick.

By Sean W I've used this product several times over the last few years. It is a great and easy to use cleansing program that is not so aggressive it makes you feel bad. Rather I have always felt great all the way through this cleansing program and never had any side effects from too rapid or too much cleansing too fast.

Purchased this product to do a cleanse and did a fruit and vegetable fast along with it. It did not cleanse as well as I thought it would. Also a lot of pills have to be taken and they were not always easy to swallow.

I've never tried one of these "cleanse" type products before, so who knows maybe my body isn't the type that responds to such things. But I didn't notice one improvement from before I started on the cleanse vs. after I was done. My weight stayed pretty much the same (I think I lost maybe a pound, if that) and the main result I noticed was having to go #2 more, and that's it. I actually felt tired, cranky, and stressed while taking the Thisilyn Cleanse (with Herbal Digestive Sweep) which after reading up online about it, is often the result of your body getting rid of toxins in your body that were previously filtered out from alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc. So if you've indulged in those things, that's probably another reason why you don't want to buy this product, since their residues will come back into your system from where they were buried, and make you feel miserable and tired. Overall, I didn't think this proudct did me one bit of good, and the thirty bucks I wasted on it (at the store here locally, not online) was money I'll never get back. Again, this was just my response -- if you personally have tried cleanses and can actually tell a noticeable effect that they work for you, then who knows Thisilyn may be right up your alley. But for me, I'll never buy another one of these silly 15-day cleanse products again.
