I have Sickle Cell Anemia, and I get pain on the regular. The first time I used Tiger Balm, I felt such a great relief. The heat really tames down the pain and the aroma of the mint takes your mind off of the agony, and helps you relax or even get some sleep.
Trust me it "REALLY, REALLY, REALLY," works!!!

By Barbara L. Hallock Tiger Balm does a little bit of everything. Of course, if I have sore muscles, I go for it.
But the really amazing thing is that it's also the thing I reach for when I have some sort of sinus blockage that just will NOT go away. A tiny little dab on each cheekbone just below the eye sockets and in minutes the blockage starts draining.
It smells pretty bad, but that's worth it because it works. I've had the same jar of Tiger Balm for about three years now, and it's lasted forever because a tiny little bit goes a long way. I haven't even used half of it!

By R. Kyle This is one of those cases of truth in labeling. They call this stuff tiger balm for a reason. I first started using Tiger Balm at the recommendation of a friend after I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Just a dab of the balm at the base of my thumb tamed a bit of the night-time pain. A touch of tiger balm on your temples will help with a headache. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before you touch your eyes, mouth, etc. This is strong stuff and it does burn sensitive skin.

By belle I suffer from different types of headache, migraine, cluster, tension... Tiger balm x-strength helps my migraine and tension headache a lot. I put some above my eyebrows. It burns nicely, and the smell is very relaxing. I do have really sensitive skin but it did not cause me any trouble, nothing. After a few minutes (~5) the burning sensation disappears, you need to repeat it. Unfortunately, it does not help my cluster attacks coming from my left eye.
