This product seems to be the most comprehensive formulation for the price. I am sixty and am still able to physically do anything I want to do. I think this product is one of the reasons.

While I do agree that this is the best iron-free mineral complex out there,
I lend this caution to anyone who has trouble swallowing large pills:
This pill is large and hard.
If it goes down sideways, you're in for a painful choking fit.
If it weren't for the size, I'd give it 5 stars.
