Helpful for all sorts of inflammation, not just arthritis. Also good for swollen sinuses. Best if used with Omega-3 and Vitamin C. May not totally eliminate the need for NSAIDs but can definitely reduce the amount needed to get relief.

I have used this for years once my knuckles started to ache and swell. No more ache, no more swelling. What more can I say? It works. Plus great for your liver and fighting infection. I take 2 at bed, np.
