By S. Cooper I've tried another popular detox program, but this is the best in my opinion. I've lost 6lbs in two weeks on this detox. I didn't lose any weight on the other popular detox program. Give it a try and follow the directions which are not hard and you will notice a difference.

Works but Headaches first day= terribleJan 12, 2012

I got this at WHOLE FOODS and paid a lot more for it then what Amazon is charging for it. The pills are VERY large, I had to break them in 3rds to get them down. Trying to get one down whole, caused me to gag and choke. This is my 3rd day on it. The first day it caused such a terrible headache I ended up in bed all day. I was hesitant to stay with it, but I did, and the next day took 2 advil along with the 4 morning pills. Had a lesser headache, that was bearable. The 3rd day no headache at all. It is working, you can tell by how you are eliminating. Clothes are fitting looser now around belly. If you can get thru the 1st day of headaches, it's worth it. The information in the package says side effects can be headaches, bloating, increased urination and feeling ill. It says you will not have more frequent bowel movements, but I think you do. So far I've only experienced the headaches, which left completely by the 3rd day. So you may want to start on a weekend to see if you can get thru that phase, and still be able to go to work on Monday. **UPDATE-- On the 4th day, I discovered you can chew these pills, they taste like sand with a berry flavor, not good, but if you chew and gulp with water it's MUCH easier to get down. I do FEEL MUCH BETTER! The first couple days were rough, but the remainder you feel a bit more enenergized The week I was on it, I lost 5 lbs, so it works, now just to stay on track and eat healthy!

By C. Murrell My wife and I gotthis at Central Market and it has made us both sick. The 1st day I had intense headaches my wife's were more mild. Mine were so bad that I was in bed all 2nd day and didn't take the detox. Next morning I woke up and felt fine. I tried the detox again and my headaches returned. My wife has also been sick but she says her nausea and headache is less today than the previous day. I have decided that mybody is trying to tell me something And am discontinuing use. Part of me wants to stick it out and see if the side effects wearoff but I'm just not willing to take that chance. Maybe we got a bad batch or something or maybe its just working but i am sick to the point i dont trust it so be warned!
