Be Near a Bathroom for 7 DaysMay 15, 2010

I tried this product because I was in need of a natural cleanse & detox. I followed the directions starting my day off with the Super Defense Food which didn't taste bad at all. I mixed it with V8 V-Fusion and it reminded me of the "Green Machine" bottled drink. I took the packet of pills (4 HUGE pills) with breakfast and lunch as directed and drank a lot of water. I had to stop this cleanse after 4 days because I found that I had to use the restroom about every 20 minutes. I started on a Saturday, so at home was it was a minor annoyance, but bearable. The problem came at work. I could not sit through a full meeting and I could not concentrate on my work because I had to get up and use the bathroom so often! To the product's credit, just after the 4 days, I did find that I was starting to eat less and feel a little less sluggish. I'm sure the full 7 days would've yielded better results; I gave this 3 stars due to the bathroom issue.

Love the product. Does exactly what you want it to! I experienced ZERO side effects from this product. The only drawback (if any) is the green power that you mix with juice or other liquid. It tastes pretty awful but no worse than any shot concoction that you might do on a random Saturday.
