Now down 30 pounds in 7 months!!Jun 09, 2011
By Great Cook I came back to amend my review.. because I just keep loosing weight with this product! It's really amazing! I had lost 25 pounds in 6 months, but now it's 7 months, and I've lost another 5 pounds! I could stand to lose even a little more, but thought I had reached my plateau at 25 pounds, not so. Now the really hard to lose pounds are coming off!
Original review with some details about other supplements added: After being skinny most of my life, I finally put some pounds on in the last few years. After seeing some family photos that startled me 6 months ago (at Thanksgiving) I began taking 3 of these with my Emergen-C & Cranberry juice every morning (on an empty stomach! That's important because the amino acids won't work properly if you have food, especially protein in your stomach.. and the fruit juice helps activate them!) Yesterday I reached my goal of 25 pounds lost! I'm going to keep taking it, because it also seems to reduce my appetite, and will probably help me keep those extra pounds off. I have a subscription with Amazon, so it comes to me automatically every month with a 15% discount and free delivery, with my prime membership. That way, I don't even have to think about it, it's just there! Very nice feature.
I've also been taking Country Life's D3 5000 I.U./day, Country Life's Omega3 Mood 2 soft gels a day, and Source Natural's Benfotiamine B1 Thiamine 300mg twice a day, which have also helped.. but the Ultimate Fat Metabolizer is amazing! I highly recommend it! Everything but the Source Natural's Benfotiamine is available by subscription, saving you 15% and offering free shipping. PS..Together with the Ultimate Fat Metabolizer, Source Natural's Benfotiamine does an amazing job of eliminating cravings, I think that's been a big help in my surprisingly easy weight loss.
