Men's Health magazine reviewed this product many years ago, I tried it and have been a customer since then.

Be sure that you buy Ultimate Omega, there are other products to choose from this brand as well.

While the raving recommendations are certainly of value, to place greater emphasis, I would love to read what the fish oil has actually helped. example being the individual that took it and it cleared up skin conditions.

These seem to be high quality omega sources. they were recommended to me by my doctor by brand name. Not much fishy after taste.

The BEST Omega-3 CapsuleJan 10, 2010
I have been taking Nordic Naturals omega-3 fish oil capsules for over 2 years. I take their Pro-Omega formula, which is double the strength of Ultimate Omega, but they are only sold by healthcare professionals. I learned about Nordic Naturals from my sister, who is an RN. As other reviewers have written, this is a high quality, ultra-pure formulation, that has absolutely no fishy taste or smell. I can add one thing: Do not worry about getting too much vitamin A from taking them, as was suggested in a recent column in the New York Times. The Nordic Naturals capsules are not made from cod liver oil (which contains a large amount of vitamin A), and they contain zero vitamin A.

I take them with other supplements to lower my cholesterol naturally (and it's working). I also take 1,200 to 4,000 mg a day in combination with other natural anti-inflammatory supplements for low back pain. Studies in medical journals have shown that omega-3's are equally as effective as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for low back pain--without the harmful side effects. I find this to be true, and no longer need the NSAIDS for back pain. It's also nice to know that they're protective against colorectal cancer and heart disease. : )

My doctor recommended it years ago. It was the cleanest fish oil on the market, then and may still be.
