I really enjoy the lemon flavor of this product, it has a nice aroma. My acupuncturist recommended this for anxiety and SAD. Once I started taking this, it was like night and day. I now feel more energetic and calm. I highly recommend Nordic Naturals over other Omega 3 brands.

But I've been taking these for a few weeks now and have not had a single burp or even the vaguest sensation of fishiness, which makes these an improvement of the Carlson brand I'd been taking before.

By Alice After reading all of the researching touting the health benefits of fish oil, I went to the local supermarket and bought some capsules. But they smelled like fish, and caused some unfortunate fishy burps after using them. So that was the end of that experiment.
However, after being pummeled in the head by the media some more, and after reading about the neutral taste of Nordic Naturals, I decided to try fish oil capsules again. Also I was trying to quit an antidepressant and read that fish oil could help with the withdrawal symptoms. While not offering any medical advice, I will say that I think taking these supplements helped.
When I saw that the Nordic Naturals came in a variant with Vitamin D and were lemon flavored, I was overjoyed. Well, at least mildly enthused, as I could kill two birds with one stone. The lemon flavoring does make a difference, but I also suggest putting your capsules in the freezer to eliminate or further mitigate any fishy aftertaste.
Further, the price on Amazon is great.

Here on Amazons specs for the 60 count bottle it says it has 330 EPA and 220 DHA----It has 650 and 440!!!---that's why its called ULTIMATE....--- You can look up this exact bottle on 'NORDIC NATURALS' Website=-----Amazon is Wrong on this one!!!!--
