By franchesca fina Fantastic product! Easy on the system, immediate results. Works best if taken as directed 3X's a dys but can be taken 3 tabs B4 bedtime for am relief. Also available in children's & men's formula. MUCH cheaper via mail than @ local health store, however, slow delivery/Ultimate Probiotic Women's Formula - 60 - VegCap
