I have been taking this product for over a year, and it's great. Current nutritional research supports a diet rich in EFAs and after comparing many similar products i landed on this one, and I'm glad i did. Country Life seems to have sustainable business practices, and use quality (in many cases organic) ingredients in their formulas. I also use their whole food multi vitamins, they have quite a few different types for men and women. Note the one bad review seems to be a review of the seller, not the product.

Quality product. Has everything you need in an EFA. Husband and I have been taking for years. These have no after-taste, fish burps or stomach upset like others we have tried in the past. Excellent and complete product offered at an excellent price!

These people will take FOREVER to get you your product---they take your money immediately but good luck on getting your stuff. They refuse to even acknowledge your attempts to contact them as well.

Go somewhere else to get your products---they aren't even close to being worth the trouble.
